Making an Impact

Options for Community Living, Inc. was named as a finalist in the Social Impact category in the 5th Annual Long Island Imagine Awards. These awards were created to offer formal acknowledgement to some of Long Island’s most effective and innovative nonprofit organizations. More than 175 entries were submitted for consideration in five categories, including Innovation, Leadership Excellence, Rising Star, Social Impact and (new) Arts & Culture. Options was selected as one of four finalists in the Social Impact category.

“We are proud to be recognized as an Imagine Awards finalist along with so many other well respected organizations,” said Yolanda Robano-Gross, executive director, Options for Community Living, Inc. “Options has been dedicated to helping Long Islanders in need to live more independently in the community for the last 35 years. We are delighted to be considered for the Social Impact Award.”

Imagine Award winners will be announced at the awards gala at the Crest Hollow Country Club on Tuesday, May 2, 2017.
