Fifty-four Hauppauge School District students competed in the Long Island History Fair that was held at Hofstra University on March 6, 2016. The District is pleased to announce that two High School students and one Middle School student who will be moving on to the New York State History Day Competition that will be held on April 18, 2016 in Cooperstown, NY. Additionally, Hauppauge students won seven special awards at the recent Long Island History Fair.
