Nassau Cop, Wife Accused Of Trying To Rob Casino Patron
He is the third police officer arrested in connection with a DEA investigation into a drug ring, reports say.
A Nassau County police officer and his wife were reportedly arrested on Wednesday in connection with a DEA investigation into a drug ring that involved two other Nassau County police officers.
According to News 12, officer Bruce Moeller and his wife, Christina, were charged with conspiracy to rob a patron on a winning streak at Jake's 58 casino in Islandia, where Christina Moeller works.
News 12 reported that authorities learned about Moeller and his wife through a DEA investigation into a drug ring that involved two other Nassau County police officers, both of whom have been arrested.
