Police: Man Breaks Into Hauppauge Fitness Center, Steals Television

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and find the man who burglarized a Hauppauge fitness center in September.

A man broke the outdoor fence lock and then broke the rear glass window with a rock to enter the fitness center of the Devonshire Apartments, on 1710 Devonshire Road, on September 9 at 2:10 a.m., police said.

Once inside, the man stole a television from the center, according to police.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
