• May 3: Edward Derudder, 51, of North Babylon was arrested in North Babylon on a charge of DWI - 1st offense.
• May 3: Jonathan Rodriguez, 28, of Lindenhurst was arrested in West Babylon on a charge of third degree burglary - illegal entry with intent.
• May 3: Jose Amaya, 64, of Central Islip was arrested in Central Islip on a charge of DWI - previous conviction in the past 10 years.
• May 3: Robert Lathan, 29, of Patchogue was arrested in Holtsville on a charge of first degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.
