Trio Stole Groceries From 2 Supermarkets: Police

One of the men involved in the thefts was described as having an amputated leg.

Police are seeking three men who stole groceries from stores in Islandia and Lake Grove last month.

The trio (pictured above) stole groceries from Stop and Shop on 1730 Veterans Memorial Highway, on April 5.

Then on April 21, the same men stole shrimp, lobster tails and steaks from Best Market on 2900 Middle Country Road.

The three fled in a dark-colored Dodge Durango with no front license plate.

Two of the men were described as thin and the third man was described as having an amputated left leg.
