Women Used Stolen Credit Cards To Buy $9K Worth Of Apple Products

Police are looking for two women who were seen using the credit cards stolen from Lake Grove at two stores in South Setauket last month.

SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY - Police are seeking two women who used a stolen credit card at two locations in South Setauket last month.

A woman reported her wallet containing cash and three credit cards was stolen at Whole Foods Market on 120 New Moriches Road in Lake Grove on December 8.

Later that day, two women used credit cards from the wallet to purchase or attempt to purchase $9,000 in Apple products at Best Buy on 261 Pond Path and Target on 255 Pond Path.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
