• 11-Month-Old Baby In Car As Driver Arrested On Sprain For Felony DWI: NYSP (patch.com) — State Police based in Hawthorne arrested a Tarrytown driver on the Sprain Brook Parkway after finding signs of intoxication and an 11-month-old in the car. The driver was processed at the Hawthorne barracks, charged under Leandra's Law and related DWI offenses, and given a future court date in Greenburgh.
