• LaLota Delivers Funds to Rebuild Mill Pond Dam (messengerpapers.com) — Head of the Harbor residents are a step closer to getting Harbor Road and the Mill Pond Dam rebuilt, thanks to $5 million in new federal funding and expected state support. Local and state officials say design and permitting are underway now, with construction targeted for 2027, aiming to restore both safe access between villages and Mill Pond’s familiar look and use.
