2 Homeless Men Arrested In Nassau Delivery Worker Robbery: Cops
BREAKING: `Two men have been accused of robbing a delivery worker.

NEW CASSEL, NY — Two people have been arrested in connection with the forceful robbery of a Chinese food delivery worker in New Cassel. Brandon Andrews, 22, was arrested Aug. 13 and 19-year-old Akash Multani was arrested on Wednesday, Suffolk County police said. Both men are homeless.
A 51-year-old delivery worker was robbed after meeting two men on Lowell Street around 7:15 p.m. on Aug. 7, police said. The men forcibly took an undisclosed amount of cash and a phone from the delivery worker then took off.
The delivery worker received medical treatment at a hospital for facial bruising and other injuries that weren't life-threatening.

Andrews has been charged with attempted robbery and assault. Multani faces the same charges and is expected in court in Hempstead on Thursday.
It wasn't immediately known if they have attorneys.
