2 Injured After Car Overturns In Collision

Both were transported to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.

HICKSVILLE, NY — Two people were injured in a two-car collision that caused one car to overturn Tuesday morning in Hicksville, officials said.

The Hicksville Fire Department responded to the front of the Broadway Commons on North Broadway at 9:15 a.m. where the crash took place. Those injured were brought to nearby hospitals with non-life threatening injuries. Meanwhile, crews applied speedy dry to a fluid spill in the roadway.

Two lanes of southbound North Broadway were closed, creating traffic congestion past the Long Island Expressway.
