Burns Avenue Elementary School Students Build Gingerbread Houses
The third-graders got the chance to create the tasty treats just before the holiday break.
Third-graders at Burns Avenue Elementary School in the Hicksville Public School District recently built gingerbread houses as a festive precursor to the holiday break.
The students used ingredients such as graham crackers, icing and Starburst candy to construct their edible and colorful masterpieces.
