Hicksville Raises $500 For Local Food Bank

The Hicksville Middle School Student Council, under the direction of advisers Janice Fitzgerald and Jennifer Presti, presented a representative of Long Island food bank Island Harvest with a check for $500.00. The students and teachers fundraised by sponsoring a school dance and coordinating a Souper Bowl initiative.
