Nassau Family Court Troubles and Troubles With the Police

I went through some recent bad experiences with Nassau Family Court and the police. I was locked up twice in one week without a warrant or charges. This caused me to flee Long island and move to the Bronx. I spent the summer of 2015 living in a domestic violence safe house through the Safe Horizons program (the NYC Mayors Office program against stalking and domestic violence). My estranged husband is NOT the direct cause of this. In contrast it was criminal racketeers who ganged up on me through Legends Bar in Hicksville that broke up my family and drove me out and f my home and community of 40 years. These people started terrorizing me, my family and iur tenement house business in the Bronx to retaliate against me for criticizing Nassau County Attorney Carnell Foskey for discriminating against women, Latinos, Jews and other minorities and for abusing my daughter from the bench. I got an order of protection from Bronx Criminal and Family Court against the ring leader Christopher Poggiali of hicksville. But on July 19, 2017, he violated this order of protection with the help of a crony of his from the bar who is s a nassau county detective John O'Connor. They came to my dads house at 1 am and tried to break down the front door! My dad tried to make a police report at the 2nd precinct the next day but the police refused to take the report. Im now in the process of filing a federal lawsuit against Nassau County, the police and all involved parties.
