New Hampshire Man Was Driving Drunk With Gun In Car: Police
Police say officers found a gun and ammunition in his car when he was pulled over for swerving between lanes.

A New Hampshire man was arrested on the Long Island Expressway early Tuesday morning after police say he was pulled over for swerving in lanes and a gun was found in his car.
According to police, officers saw Mark Harmon, 43, of Rochester, New Hampshire, swerving in and out of his lane while he was driving on the LIE near exit 41N in Jericho. The officer pulled him over, and police say Harmon's eyes were blood-shot and there was a strong odor of alcohol on his breath.
While investigating, police say the officer found a handgun and two magazines in the vehicle. Harmon was arrested without incident.

He was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a firearm, driving while intoxicated and failure to stay in a single lane. He was arraigned on Tuesday in First District Court in Hempstead.
