Police ID Man Found Dead at Nassau Hotel
His body was found in a hotel room Saturday afternoon, police say. Homicide detectives are investigating.
UPDATE 2:45 p.m. Monday: Police have identified the person found dead as 37-year-old Erik O’Donnell, of East Meadow. No additional information was released. The investigation is ongoing.

Nassau Police have responded to a Nassau County hotel to investigate a homicide Saturday afternoon.

According to police, a 911 call came in at 1:20 p.m. from the Econo Lodge located at 429 Duffy Ave. in Hicksville. The nature of that call is unclear, but police say the call was "for an aided."
The Homicide Squad is investigating. Police have not yet released any other details.
