The broader blotter also lists several unrelated arrests in Kingston and the Town of Ulster, all with charges that remain allegations unless proven in court. 
• Man arrested on aggravated DWI charge in Highland (newportdispatch.com) — Town of Lloyd Police report a Newburgh man was charged with felony aggravated DWI under Leandra’s Law after a Route 9W stop in Highland, with a child in the vehicle. In a separate Highland incident, a Kingston woman was found passed out in a running car at Lowe’s and charged with impaired driving and drug possession, while another man was arrested on a bench warrant.
