• State announces bigger grants for pump-out stations for boats (orleanshub.com) — Boaters in Holley should know the state has boosted grants that help fund sewage pump-out stations, including the one on East Avenue along the canal. The Clean Vessel Assistance Program now offers higher awards for new or upgraded pump-out boats and facilities, supporting cleaner water and better boating infrastructure across Orleans County and New York State.
