The mixed-use property, including the store and a detached home, is listed at about $1.5 million, but the owners are open to selling the business so a buyer could keep Frankie's operating for local shoppers. 
• Driver Ejected After Truck Overturns, Catches Fire On Sprain Brook Parkway (UPDATE) (dailyvoice.com) — A Hopewell Junction man was injured when his pickup left the Sprain Brook Parkway in Elmsford, overturned, and caught fire, ejecting him from the vehicle. State Police say he was taken to a local hospital with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening after the Wednesday afternoon crash that also caused major lane closures near the I-287 exit.
