4 Town Of Huntington Businesses Unlawfully Sold Marijuana: Police

TOWN OF HUNTINGTON, NY — Four businesses were found to have illegally sold marijuana products in Huntington Station and Melville, Suffolk police said Thursday.

After receiving community complaints, Second Precinct Crime Section officers investigated the sale of marijuana and vape products, and 11 businesses were checked for compliance with the law, police said. Violations were found at four, police said:

• Rollies Smoke Shop IV, at 278 E. Jericho Turnpike, Huntington Station.
• Rollies Convenience & Smoke Shop III, at 144 W. Hills Road, Huntington Station.
• Joe Joe Smoke Shop, at 212 Depot Road, Huntington Station.
• Cigar House, at 594 Walt Whitman Road, Melville.
