6 Town Of Huntington Shops Sold Vapes To Minors: Police

TOWN OF HUNTINGTON, NY — Six businesses in the Town of Huntington were found to have sold vape products to minors, Suffolk police said.

Officers investigated the sale of vape products to minors in response to community complaints, police said. Ten businesses were checked for compliance with the law, and violations were found at six, police said:

• Its Lit Smoke Shop, at 341 New York Ave., Huntington.
• Huntington Village Vapes, at 4 Elm St., Huntington.
• Oneway Smoke Shop, at 233A Broadway, Greenlawn.
• Greenleaf Smoke Shop, at 247 Broadway, Greenlawn.
• East Northport Vapes, at 250B Larkfield Road, East Northport.
• Barcode Smoke Shop, at 396A Larkfield Road, East Northport.

Employees of each store were released with tickets and are scheduled to appear in First District Court in Central Islip on a later date.
