$7,000 Lawnmower Stolen In Huntington Station: Police

Three men are wanted in connection with the theft of the commercial lawnmower, police say. Watch video of the theft.

HUNTINGTON STATION, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding the three men who police said stole a commercial lawnmower in Huntington Station in October.

Three men stole a lawnmower, valued at approximately $7,000, from a landscaping trailer parked on East 17th Street around 9:40 a.m. Oct. 26, police said. The men were in a black Ford pickup, either a 250 or 350, with an open-top trailer attached, police said.

Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
