7 Harborfields HS Seniors Named National Merit Commended Students

These seven seniors are among approximately 34,000 Commended Students recognized nationwide for their exceptional academic achievement.

GREENLAWN, NY — Seven Harborfields High School students were recently named Commended Students in the 2024 National Merit Scholarship Program, the school district announced.

Erin Armstrong, Allison Blosser, McKenzie Coleman, Jackson Ferrara, Kate Lysaght, Nolan Means and Samuel Sosnick are among approximately 34,000 Commended Students recognized nationwide for their exceptional academic achievement.

Their high scores place them among the top 50,000 – the top 5% – of more than 3.5 million students who took the 2022 PSAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test last October.
