YOUTH SERVICES DEPARTMENT SUMMER PAGE

The Youth Services Department of the South Huntington Public Library is seeking an energetic and self-motivated, temporary, full-time (35 hours per week) page i from June 20-August 13. Days, Evenings and alternate Saturdays are required. Job duties include helping to run the Summer Reading Club, as well as performing other library jobs as needed in the Youth Services Department. This temporary summer position is for undergraduate college students. Must love working with children. The Youth Services Department of the South Huntington Public Library is seeking an energetic and self-motivated, temporary, part-time, student (teen) page to shelve books and help with programming as necessary. Employment begins on June 20th and ends August 26th, 2011. Regular hours include Monday afternoons (3-6 p.m.); Thursdays and Fridays (6-9 p.m.) and Saturdays (2-5 p.m.). Starting salary is $9.10 per hour and will increase to $9.15 after July 1. Applications will be accepted until position is filled. Applications are available in the Youth Services Department.
