Police ID Man Found Dead in Greenlawn Park
The 18-year-old Greenlawn man's body was found with "significant lacerations" Saturday morning, police say.
UPDATED Wednesday at 12:13 p.m.: Police have identified Estiven Abrego Gomez, 18, of Greenlawn, as the man who was found dead in Greenlawn Park Saturday morning.
According to authorities, a man was walking through the park, near Pulaski Road and Broadway in Greenlawn, when he discovered a body with significant lacerations at 7:11 a.m.
The man flagged down a passing motorist who called 911. Gomez's body was transported to the Medical Examiner’s office to determine the cause of death.
