Connolly Earns CBR Designation from Real Estate Board of New York
St. James Resident and Dix Hills Real Estate Sale Associate Affiliated with Coldwell Banker Earns CBR Designation
Kelly Connolly, a real estate salesperson affiliated with the Dix Hills regional office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, N.Y., has successfully earned the Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) designation from the Real Estate Board of New York.
Connolly received the CBR designation upon completing coursework which covered negotiating and marketing techniques with a focus on representing buyers in the real estate transaction process.
“This designation is an extraordinary achievement for Kelly,” said Scott Comer, branch office manager of the Dix Hills regional office. “The CBR designation shows that Kelly has gone the extra mile to increase her knowledge and ability to help buyers from the beginning of the buying process until after the closing. As a former bank manager, Connolly has extensive experience in working with mortgage applicants and is thoroughly familiar with the closing process. Her past work experience, which is complementary to the buying and selling side of home ownership, led her to choose a career in real estate sales two years ago.
She received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from University of Scranton and currently resides in St. James.
