Cops: Man Stole NBA Trading Cards Twice in One Day

The thief hit the store in the morning, then returned early afternoon for more trading cards, police say.

Suffolk County Police officers seek the public’s help to identify and locate the man they say stole merchandise from a store in Huntington Station twice in the same day in October.

Police say a man entered the Target at 124 East Jericho Turnpike, on Oct. 25 at about 9:20 a.m. and stole approximately $480 worth of NBA trading cards. Police say the man returned at about 1 p.m. and stole $660 worth of NBA trading cards.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
