At 9:30 a.m. Sunday, May 29, wreaths will be placed to honor past and present veterans at the Veterans Plaza in front of Huntington's Town Hall, 100 Main St., Huntington.
Wreaths will be placed at the World War I, World War II, Korean War, Vietnam, Women's Veterans Monument and to honor our troops presently serving.
The ceremony also will honor Huntington’s hometown hero, USMC First Lt. James Byler, who was seriously wounded in Afghanistan.
