Harborfields 2023-24 School Budget Passes Easily

GREENLAWN, NY — Residents within the boundaries of the Harborfields School District on Tuesday voted to pass the 2023-24 school budget by a margin of 1,273 votes to 286.

The district's budget is $96,259,671, up 3.62 percent from last year's.

For the Board of Education’s two open seats, currently held by incumbent President Christopher Kelly and member David Steinberg, Kelly received 1,146 votes, Steinberg received 1,085 votes, Meghan Grote Shear received 356 votes and Rose Wyka received 377 votes.
