Huntington Hospital Receives Donation from Crosstex for Its Breast Cancer Program
This donation will help to grow Huntington Hospital's breast cancer program.

Long Island-based infection prevention company Crosstex International Inc. (NYSE: CMN) has donated $15,000 to Huntington Hospital.
This donation will be used to support the hospital’s breast cancer program. Huntington Hospital has an American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer accredited cancer program and a National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers accredited breast center.
“We appreciate this donation, which will be well used to help Huntington Hospital’s breast cancer program continue to grow and be a model of excellence,” said Gerard Brogan, Jr., MD, executive director of Huntington Hospital.

The donation was made as a result of Janet Donnelly, controller at Crosstex International Inc., whose mother was cared for at the hospital’s cancer center. Crosstex International Inc. runs an annual promotion – Pink with a Purpose – donating a portion of the proceeds to further women’s cancer research and programs.
