Huntington Mixed-Use Property Bought By Fairfield Properties: Report
The 20-apartment, 0.85-acre building was purchased for just less than $16 million, according to the report.

HUNTINGTON, NY — A mixed-use building in Huntington was purchased by Fairfield Properties for $15.875 million, Long Island Business News reported.
The property, at 2 Union Place and 269 New York Ave., sits on 0.85 acres and has 20 apartments, according to LIBN. The restaurant space is leased to Albert’s Mandarin Gourmet, and the building is also occupied by an F-45 Training studio and a medical equipment business.
