Huntington Police Blotter: 2 Men Rob Sno-Haus Of Huntington
One of the men punched an employee who had confronted them, police say.
HUNTINGTON, NY — These are recent arrests made in the Huntington area from Jan. 30 through Feb. 5.
The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.
- Brandon Sestoso, 39, of Huntington Station, stole jackets and Under Armor facemasks from Sno-Haus on West Jericho Turnpike in South Huntington at 1:25 p.m. Feb. 4 while working with Omar Benners, police said. When an employee tried to confront the two, Sestoso punched the employee in the head, police said. He was also found to have crystal meth in his possession, police said. He was arrested and charged with second-degree robbery: aided by another and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Feb. 4.
- Omar Benners, 44, of New York, stole jackets and Under Armor facemasks from Sno-Haus on West Jericho Turnpike in South Huntington at 1:25 p.m. Feb. 4 while working with Brandon Sestoso, police said. He was also found to have crystal meth in his possession, police said. He was arrested and charged with second-degree robbery: aided by another and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Feb. 4.
- Tanya Randolph, 46, of North Amityville, was involved in a fight with a female she knew around 7 p.m. Jan. 8 in Huntington Station, police said. Randolph used her hands to forcefully push down the female's head and then bit her fingers, police said. She was arrested and charged with third-degree assault w/ intent to cause physical injury on Feb. 2.
- Charles Clifton Vanderhorst, 49, of Amityville, struck someone in the face multiple times with a wooden stick on Feb. 1 in Huntington Station, police said. He was arrested and charged with third-degree assault w/ intent to cause physical injury on Feb. 1.
- Alexander Orellana, 40, of South Huntington, punched a man in the face several times, knocking him to the floor, police said. He was arrested and charged with third-degree assault w/ intent to cause physical injury on Jan. 31.
