Huntington Police Blotter: Woman Found In Possession Of Cocaine
ALSO: A Wheatley Heights man stole a car, police say.
HUNTINGTON, NY — Curious about what's going on in your neighborhood? These are recent incidents reported in the Huntington area from Feb. 19 through Feb. 25.
The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.
- Feb. 22: Wayne Glover, 60, of Wheatley Heights, stole a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse at the corner of Centerwood Street and Straight Path in West Babylon around noon Feb. 22, police said. He was arrested and charged with third-degree grand larceny and third-degree criminal possession of stolen property: value of property more than $3,000.
- Feb. 20: Marie Blain, 45, of Huntington Station, was found in possession of a white powdery substance consistent with cocaine around 3 p.m. Feb. 20 on Jericho Turnpike in Huntington Station, police said. She was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: narcotic drug, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drug w/ intent to sell and fourth-degree criminal possession of narcotics.
