Huntington Station, Commack Shops Sold Marijuana Unlawfully: Police
Two businesses had violations when Suffolk police officers say they performed 13 compliance checks in the area.
TOWN OF HUNTINGTON, NY — Two businesses unlawfully sold marijuana and vape products during compliance checks in the Town of Huntington, Suffolk police said.
In response to numerous community complaints, Suffolk County Police Second Precinct officers
investigated the sale of marijuana and vape products, police said. Officers checked 13 businesses
for compliance with the law.

- Gotham Smoke Shop, at 681 E. Jericho Turnpike, Huntington Station.
