Huntington Station Subway 2-0 Against Armed Robbers
It is the second time this year an armed robber left the store empty handed.

Police say a man attempted to rob a Huntington Station Subway at knifepoint last week, making it the second failed robbery at the store this year.
According to authorities, a man entered Subway, located at 275 Walt Whitman Road, displayed a knife and demanded money at 8:17 p.m. on Tuesday, May 16.
Police say the man fled the scene without any proceeds. No injuries were reported and police could not provide a description of the robber.

On January 26, two masked men, one armed with what appeared to be a gun, entered the same Subway store and demanded cash, police say. Those men also left the store without any proceeds.
