ICYMI: Sundae Donuts Of Huntington Offers 'Outside The Box' Treats

HUNTINGTON, NY — Michelle Tadross came up with the idea of Sundae Donuts thanks to her many trips out to Montauk as a child.

"I just kind of thought a couple of years ago, pre-COVID, that Montauk really needed a fun donut shop with ice cream," Tadross told Patch.

Having gone to Montauk as a child, and now with a kid of her own, Tadross wanted to keep the tradition of visits to the East End. She opened her first Sundae Donuts shop in Montauk and has opened a handful more since; including one in Huntington, which Tadross considers the franchise's "home base."

Sundae Donuts opened at 377 New York Ave., Huntington, in December, near The Paramount.

Donuts offered at the shop include S'mores, Chocolate Oreo, Fruity Pebbles, Galaxy, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and plenty of classics.
