- The Last Word has modern Peruvian fare, cocktails in Huntington. Looking for a new place to check out in Huntington Village this weekend? Head on over to The Last Word for some Peruvian food and unique cocktails. The Last Word opened this fall at 13 Wall St. (Huntington Patch)
- Enjoy picturesque paths and miles of scenic nature trails at Caumsett State Historic Park Preserve. There are only a few weeks left of outside activity weather, so make sure you take full advantage of everything Huntington has to offer. Head on down to Caumsett Park for some fall foliage , walking, and beautiful nature trails. The park is a short ten minute drive North of Huntington Village. (News 12 Bronx)
- Pioneering, 46-year-old Japanese restaurant closes. Kura Barn has officially closed after 46 years in business. The Japanese restaurant became a staple right outside Huntington Village, located on New York Avenue. It was a cozy spot to take your family or significant other, and Kura Barn will surely be missed!
