Police say Huntington Station home was used to grow marijuana.

Suffolk County police Wednesday arrested a Lloyd Harbor man on charges of growing marijuana at a residence in Huntington Station.

Keith Dalessio, 36, of 14 Crane Road, was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal Possession of marijuana, unlawful growing cannabis.

Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives searched  128 E.12th St.,  and said they discovered about $5,000 worth of marijuana and items used for growing marijuana.  Numerous plants had been harvested prior to the execution of the search warrant, which was issued as a result of a month-long investigation initiated by neighborhood complaints of the smell of marijuana  coming from the house.
