Local Orthopaedic Surgeon Begins Rounds at Huntington Hospital

Another doctor just joined the ranks of Huntington Hospital’s award-winning orthopaedic surgeons.

Adam Bitterman, DO, specializes in foot and ankle surgery as well as general orthopaedic surgery.

He attended New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and served his orthopaedic surgery residencies at Peninsula Hospital Orthopaedic Consortium and Plainview Hospital.

Bitterman recently completed a foot and ankle surgery fellowship at Rush University Medical Center.

His practice is located at 196 East Main St. in Huntington, but he will be seeing patients at a new office this fall at 155 East Main St.

Bitterman is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons; American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society; the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopaedics and the American Osteopathic Association.
