Lupinacci Recognizes Troop 78's Three Newest Eagle Scouts

Three young men from Boy Scout Troop 78 earned the rank of Eagle Scout.

Assemblyman Chad A. Lupinacci (R, C, I, Ref. – South Huntington) recently joined Boy Scout Troop 78 to recognize three young men who have earned the rank of Eagle Scout. Lupinacci awarded Quintin John Berry, Christian John Cassar and Collin Patrick Ruggeberg with New York State Assembly citations and pins as a token of his congratulations.

“The Boy Scouts of America is an iconic organization that teaches young men the intangible values of being upstanding and honorable citizens. Each time we gather to celebrate Eagle Scouts we learn of their scouting journeys. Though they vary from scout-to-scout, the fundamental components of courage, responsibility and integrity are common within each,” Lupinacci said.

“I am proud to join Troop 78 today in recognition of Quintin, Christian, and Collin’s accomplishments. I am certain that the lessons taught to them throughout their experience as a Boy Scout will prove useful throughout their future as active citizens, role models and distinguished members of society,” Lupinacci said.
