Lupinacci Welcomes Next Generation Politics to Albany
Next Generation Politics is a group of politically-minded students who share the goal of facilitating political discussion

Assemblyman Chad A. Lupinacci (R,C,I-South Huntington) recently welcomed students from Next Generation Politics (NGP) to Albany. Next Generation Politics is a group of politically-minded students who share the goal of facilitating political discussion amongst younger voters and future voters. Members of the club visit state capitols and advocate on behalf of the millennial generation, while also shaping their opinions on policy issues through active discourse with elected officials.
“Next Generation Politics is an outstanding group of individuals who have shown that our millennial generation has a deep and meaningful interest in current events and the policies that shape our state and nation,” said Lupinacci. “I was extremely impressed by Joe, Ryan and Noah, their organization, and their knowledge of the issues that face our state. If their enthusiasm for government coupled with their desire to learn more about the legislative process is any indication, they are destined to become active voters and distinguished citizens.”
“In the past, I have worked with this organization and the League of Women Voters to discuss many federal, state, and local issues. It is important to connect with the next generation of voters – both inside and outside of the classroom – in order to teach them the best way to get involved in civic society. I offer my best wishes to NGP and look forward to the next opportunity to join them in their mission of educating young adults on political matters.”
