Mahanaim Campus to host the 3rd International Youth Fellowship World Camp at Tilles Center
Thousands of high school and college students from across the globe seeking the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and showcase their personal artistic and academic talents will convene upon the School of Mahanaim as it hosts the 3rd International Youth Fellowship (IYF) World Camp in New York from August 18 to 22. The purpose of this program is to bring awareness to youth problems and help youth become strong leaders. The schedule of performances is as followed:

Opening Ceremony is a major evening event hosted by Mahanaim and the International Youth Fellowship at LIU Post's Tilles Center for Performing Arts. To kick off the 2013 IYF World Camp, the Opening Ceremony will feature cultural dance performances from around the world, welcoming addresses from prominent Long Island figures, and a special music concert by award-winning Gracias Choir. This event is absolutely free and open to the public. However, with 2000 registered participants as well as numerous distinguished guests in attendance, we strongly recommend that interested parties arrive early to secure seats.
Easter Cantata

Award-winning Gracias Choir will perform its newest musical event, Gracias Easter Cantata, at LIU Post’s Tilles Center for Performing Arts. Gracias Easter Cantata, a moving musical re-enactment of the last days, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, has touched countless people around the world and provided an intimate, firsthand portrait of what Christ endured to take on the sins of the entire world. Gracias Easter Cantata features amazing musical performances from Gracias Choir, detailed scenery and backdrops, and a message that will run deep into the heart and soul. Admission is absolutely free, so bring your friends and family.
Christmas Cantata

On the final night of International Youth Fellowship World Camp, Gracias Choir will perform their signature Christmas Cantata at LIU Post’s Tilles Center for the Performing Arts. Gracias Christmas Cantata is a musical experience designed to take you to a place far away from the hectic maze of daily life. Time and time again, with pure, beautiful harmonies wrapped up in a gift and bow, Christmas Cantata has provided audiences the opportunity to celebrate the Christmas spirit.
Each of its 3 stages allows the audience to experience Christmas in grand fashion and from very different perspectives. From the birth of Jesus in Bethlehem, to nostalgic Christmas songs with the family, and finally, majestic Handel’s Messiah, the heavenly voices of Gracias Choir will take you on a journey to a place 2000 years ago, to that one silent, holy, and joyous night. Don’t miss this world-class performance. Admission is absolutely free and open to the public, so come and experience the joy that is Gracias Christmas Cantata.
