Man Enters Home's Yard And Stares Through Windows: Police

HUNTINGTON, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers are seeking the public's help in finding the man who entered a Huntington yard last month.

He entered the backyard of an East Main Street home on Aug. 13 at 12:22 a.m. and was seen on surveillance footage staring into the residence through its windows, police said. The man is wanted on a criminal trespass charge.

Police ask anyone with information about the theft to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, texting "SCPD" and your message to "CRIMES" (274637) or by email at www.tipsubmit.com. A cash reward of up to $5,000 is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
