Man Steals Pickup Truck From Huntington Station Car Wash: Police

The vehicle was left running and unattended while it was being serviced, police say.

HUNTINGTON STATION, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding the man who Suffolk police said stole a pickup truck at a Huntington Station car wash in October.

A man stole a 2007 Dodge Ram parked outside Turnpike Car Wash, at 217 W. Jericho Turnpike, around 12:45 p.m. Oct. 13, police said. The vehicle was left running and unattended while being serviced, police said. The thief drove away westbound in the Dodge, police said. He is wanted for grand larceny.

A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
