  1. Street in Melville renamed to include name of international Hindu spiritual leader. "Deshon Drive, home to the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, was renamed in a ceremony toHH Pramukh Swami Drive / Deshon Dr. At Saturday’s ceremony, a sign with the new name was unveiled at the intersection of Ruland Road." The ceremony was attended by numerous town, state, and county officials. (Huntington Now)

As always, this outstanding holiday entertainment is provided free of charge for our residents.” The holiday concerts will be held on Dec. 4 and 5, with a matinee show Dec. 6. (LongIsland.com)
