- Oyster Bay street renamed after Marie Colvin. Colvin was known for her wartime reporting and was a highly regarded foreign correspondent who traveled around the world. She was killed in 2012 in Syria while working. You can see the video of the ceremony in the link. (News 12 Long Island)
