Search On For Trio In Grand Swipe From LI Sak's 5th Avenue: Police
Two men and a woman stole the money from a cashier on Aug. 6, Suffolk cops say.
HUNTINGTON STATION, NY — Suffolk police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a group of three people who swiped over two grand from Sak's Fifth Avenue in Huntington Station earlier this month.
Police say two men and a woman stole about $2,600 from a cashier while making a purchase at Saks Fifth Avenue on Walt Whitman Road on Aug. 6 at about 2:30 p.m. One of the men was wearing a white T-shirt and a dark-colored hat, the second man was wearing an orange T-shirt and a white hat and the woman was wearing a black shirt and a green skirt, police said.
Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest in the case.
