  1. Town of Huntington raising fees for its facilities. The town says the move is a way to pay town workers more money, and eliminate the worker shortage they experienced last year. This is the first time in 13 years that the town has raised rates. "I don't want to raise rates. I know it angers people, but in order for us to operate, we need this," said Huntington Parks and Recreation Director Cable Jamison. (News 12 Brooklyn)
  2. Four AP student-artists from Harborfields have artwork featured in Art League's Dix Hills gallery. The students were selected to participate in the 16th annual Go APE Advanced Placement Exhibition at the Art League of Long Island, the school district announced. The gallery ran from Feb. 8 through 18 and you can see photos of their work in the link. (Huntington Patch)
  3. Check out five new homes for sale in the Town of Huntington. The homes are all fresh to hit the market and range in price and location. Click the link to see photos and learn more about each listing. (Huntington Patch)
