Eight From Islip Earn Town Achievement Awards

ISLIP, NY - From Islip School District: Eight exceptional Islip High School students were recently selected to receive Town of Islip Achievement Awards. Honored at an April 16 awards ceremony at Town Hall were Deja Boucher Weiss (Performing Arts), Devi Chowdhury (Secondary Language), Lauren Cottral (Science), Hailey Franco (Scholarship & Athletics), Emma Hayes (Service to People in Need), Emily Kearon (Language Arts), Tyler Nakken (Service to People in Need) and Josue Mondesir (Secondary Language).
