After being hired for “Run the World,” she reached out to several of her Islip
educators to let them know and thank them for their support, guidance and encouragement
throughout her educational career, including video production teachers Mike Reilly.

“Video production will forever be my favorite class at Islip High School, and it gave
me the opportunity to express myself creatively,” Stewart said. “With the help of Mr. Reilly,
it provided a space to collaborate with my peers to create films and showcase myself on
camera through acting, which is a passion of mine. I’m so grateful to have had a teacher
who pushed me and his students to become the best we could be, and I have been blessed
to book two major projects in the film industry, which is only the beginning.”
